If any part of any BuyButtonParts.com equipment breaks or fails to function - under normal operation and using only our parts - we will repair or replace the part free of charge for as long as you own the equipment. Return shipping costs will apply.
Shipping and Returns
Once an order is placed it may be shipped the same day or very next day depending on the time the order is placed. If an item is not in stock you will be notified. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
*All shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and destination location.
**All packages are insured, even international.
***We are not responsible for taxes or other import charges for you to receive your goods. All countries and even provinces/states have different charges in place for imported goods.
UPS Shipping Methods:
You can choose from Ground, Third Day Select, Second Day, Next Day Air or even Next Day Air Saver. Not all shipping methods are available for all zip codes.
If you want a Saturday delivery please put add this as a comment when you place your order. If it's not available for your zip code we will contact you. If you pick Next Day Air on a Friday, the estimated delivery time will be Monday.
We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped the same day, but the chances are greater if the order is placed before 3pm CST.
Delivery times take 1-4 Business Days, but this is not guaranteed.
If your package is damaged or shows that it was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. We have a standard procedure for issues like this.
USPS (US POSTAL SYSTEM):
PARCEL POST - This is the slowest shipping method and is sometimes the cheapest method too. On average, it takes 6-10 days. Sometimes we can upgrade your shipping to Priority and will do so when the order is getting shipped.
PRIORITY MAIL - This is a standard shipping method with the post office. Delivery takes 1-3 days. This is not a guaranteed service.
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL - This is a great option for shipping internationally, especially to Canada. Tracking is provided for your order too. This delivery option can take 6-12 business days, but this is not guaranteed because of customs.
EXPRESS MAIL - When you need it fast. The delivery times on this can be 1 or 2 days, please contact us to see when your package will be guaranteed to arrive.
EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL - For some countries, this is the best option. It doesn't get stuck in customs for long durations. The delivery time is usually 3-5 days.
There are different stages and procedures for canceling orders.
Order placed, card, but has NOT shipped. A full refund including shipping will be refunded back to your credit card.
Order placed, card charged, label was printed, but did not leave our warehouse. A full refund including shipping will be refunded back to your credit card.
Order placed, card charged, and the order was shipped. If the package is still in transit and we shipped the package with UPS, we can do a delivery intercept to get the package returned to us. There is a fee of $10.00 + shipping fees for the package to be returned. Your refund will be the purchase price of the product(s) minus these delivery intercept charges. The invoice for fees from UPS will be emailed to you. In order to complete the delivery intercept, we agree to pay these fees.
Order placed, card charged, order shipped and received but no longer want/need or wrong item ordered. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The refund will be for the purchase price of goods only. If the wrong item was purchased, the customer is still responsible for the return shipping and the shipping for the correct items to ship.
Returns & More Refund Information
We accept returned items for up to 30 days after the items have been shipped. We expect products to be returned UNDAMAGED. A refund will be in the form of what you used to make the initial purchase (ie. Credit card, Paypal). We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned.
Bags of button parts should be closed securely and not combined. Mylar should be placed in a bag so it does not get damaged. All machines and punches should be placed back in the boxes they came in or shipped securely so they are NOT damaged.

When a customer places an order, there is an understanding that the product details clearly explained the item and the customer knew what they needed to order.
Packages returned because of an address change, missing information or not available for delivery - The customer will be contacted to get the correct information and will pay additional shipping fees to get the package shipped out again.
We understand that you may no longer need the items. In this case, a refund for the purchase price minus any fees for the return shipping will be completed.
