The Badge-a-Minit hand press and bench press machines are low cost button makers that take longer to produce a button. (That’s where the name Badge-a-Minit came from.) The Badge-a-Matic machines are still made by Badge-a-Minit, but consist of metal dies. This means you don’t have to use assembly rings. These Badge-a-Matic machines are also referred to as Semi-Automatic machines. These button machines are only available in three sizes: 1-1/4", 2-1/4" and 3".
