Actual cut out size is 2.415 inches. This punch is used with the 2 inch button maker. Let us know if you would like a smaller cut size for making photo buttons with your 2 inch button maker. Thicker paper can be a hassle when making buttons and you might want to have a smaller size punch so the paper doesn't wrap all the way around your button.
